Returns/Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on eligible items that are returned in approved and sellable condition within 14 days of delivery.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued store credit, based on customer preference
Items received after the 14-day window are only eligible for store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and all returns will be refunded less the cost of shipping.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a return, exchange, or store credit can be processed. Please ensure all returned:
• Items have all tags attached, are not tampered with, and are in their original packaging.
This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all members of our community receive their orders in great condition.
NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: Made to order items. Due to the unique nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any made-to-order items. We understand the importance of getting your order right. We encourage you to contact our customer service team for detailed product information or sizing advice before placing your order. Our team is committed to ensuring that you are confident in your decisions and satisfied with your purchases. Accessories, swimwear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons.
All sale items are final sale and nonrefundable.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Visit the return portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
5. Ship your return (you will receive a refund for the cost of the products minus shipping costs once we receive your return). Please note that returns are not free of charge except in the case of defective items.
RETURN PROCESSING:
Please allow between 2-3 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
DAMANGED ITEMS:
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
