Returns/Exchanges

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND / OR REFUNDS?

We gladly accept returns if returned in an approved and sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. 

All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a return, exchange, or store credit can be processed. Please ensure all return: 

• Items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, being free of all smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. 

• Items have all tags attached, are not tampered with, and are in their original packaging. 

 This is a strict policy as it is important to us that all members of our community receive their orders in great condition.

NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:  Accessories, gift cards, swimwear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons. 

All sale items are final sale and nonrefundable. 

HOW TO RETURN:

 1. Visit the return portal

2. Enter your order number and email address to start. 

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange

4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. 

5. Ship your return (you will receive a refund for the cost of the products minus shipping costs once we receive your return). Please note that returns are not free of charge except in the case of defective items. 

RETURN PROCESSING:

Please allow between 2-3 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. 

DAMANGED ITEMS:

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
